- Historic Badin Triathlon – 01:32:32 (3rd in age group, and kind of earned it this time!)
- Bandits Challenge Triathlon – 3:33:27 . Yay, 16 minute improvement! Swim was worse, bike was better, run was much better. Last in my “age group” by overall time. Right in the middle on run time, last in the bike segment, second to last in the swim. I think my slow bike time can mostly be attributed to my doing it on a mountain bike. I’d probably gain 10-20 minutes or more had I had a road bike. I did beat some guys my age, they were registered as “novices” or “clydesdale” (200+ lbs). Passed one right before the finish line. My swim is just terrible, though I could probably gain a lot of time by just figuring out how to swim straight in open water. I felt good about the run, probably could do better though, that course had one ultra-brutal hill though. </summary>

Training: A large portion of my free time is consumed in order to train for an upcoming triathlon and marathon. For what I actually do get to doing, go to my training log on ncparkour.com. I’ve been going by schedules found on websites in the past, but since the Half-Ironman I’ve been making my own schedule.
